Rym is an Associate Partner based in Dakar, Senegal. Her work covers West and North Africa, and focuses on strategic planning, program design, and implementation. She has experience in inclusive economic development, youth employment and entrepreneurship, agriculture, and ICT.
Her recent engagements include supporting the government of Senegal in the design of economic clusters (as part of the National Strategic Plan), and the government of Côte
d’Ivoire in the definition of its second National Agriculture Investment Plan. She has worked with several development finance institutions on their strategies for youth economic empowerment, including the Qatar Fund For Development, the African Development Bank, and the French Development Agency.
Prior to Dalberg, Rym was a Manager in the Telecommunications division of Capgemini Consulting, working with private corporations on the design and launch of new business lines, products, and services. Rym holds a Master’s degree in Engineering Science from Telecom ParisTech, and in Industrial Organization from Paris-Dauphine University.
